Eileen C. Pangalangan-Pardo

 

Eileen Pangalangan-Pardo is a member of the Firm's Corporate and Litigation Groups. Since joining the firm in 1995, Ms. Pardo has been active in the firm’s corporate practice, providing advice to local and foreign clients on corporate reorganizations, loans and credit facilities, project finance, joint ventures, and securities offerings. She has also been directly involved in and has served as supervising attorney for the firm’s corporate rehabilitation practice.
