Enrique I. Quiason
 
Enrique Quiason is the head of the Firm's securities practice.
 
He holds a masteral degree in Securities from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and a bachelor of laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law. He is currently the Vice President of the Philippine Association of Publicly Held Companies, and has been a lecturer at the University of the Philippines and at other fora with respect to various aspects of securities law and regulation.
 
He has been recognized as one of the few securities experts in the Philippines, and has authored several papers on securities regulation, including, “Principles of Securities Regulation” published in the Investment Management & the Philippine Stock Market (1995 and 2003), “Development of Securities Markets of Developing Countries: Theories and Policies,” published in 65 Phil. Law Journal (March - June 1990), “Advantages and Pitfalls of Computerization in Law Offices,” a Country Paper for the ASEAN Law Association (November 30, 1992), and “Rules on Warrants” for Capital Asia (May 14, 1992).
